In our last post about the Unique Fitness Gifts we were eagerly waiting for our order of the Wii Fit to arrive and it could not have come at a better time.

Upon setting up the console and instilling into our girls that the remotes must be hooked on securely around the wrist to avoid any damage to the plasma screen, we then proceeded to check it all out and see how it worked.

We have all created our Mii’s which are the characters representing us on the screen and the main objective of the Wii Fit is to help train you in body balancing and improve your fitness of course.

We each set individual goals and the program keeps track of how much time we each spend training and there are oh so many exercises to choose from in order to achieve our goals. As you keep up with the program and increase your time spent doing them, more exercises are added to your regime and you can mix them up however you like. There are countless numbers of exercises to do so that you can never get bored.

We especially found the heading of the soccer balls fun and have a laugh at each other when we accidentally get hit with a boot!

As the video shows, the whole family can become involved and my two gorgeous girls have created a very large family of Mii’s to play with. Here’s the video again in case you missed it.
